Bellini Cocktail
Ingredients:
4-5 oz. Peach Puree
Freixenet Cordon Negro
Champagne Flute
Sugar
Garnish

Method:
In a blender puree 4-5 peeled fresh peaches.
Dip the rim of the glass in sugar.
Pour peach puree into the champagne flute.
Add Freixenet Cordon Negro, stir gently.
